Remix Bulgaria LTD uses three axles’ semi-trailer ADR T PED and platform manufactured by SCHMITZ CARGOBULL and installs the batteries of cylinders in its base in Sofia city. The guarantee term is 12 (twelve) months for the cylinder installation, attached on the semi-trailer or individually, 24 (twenty-four) months full guarantee of the semi-trailer (manufactured by SCHMITZ CARGOBULL), 10 (ten) years guarantee against corrosion of the frame, 6 (six) years or one million kilometers run of the drive mechanism.

 

In the above installments new cylinders for methane, manufactured by DALMINE according to Directive 99/36/EU and EN 1964-1 (TPED) – used for transportation of compressed natural gas, are used. The indicated directives and standards refer to cylinders, designed for transportation and storage of compressed natural gas in battery vehicles and/ or installed on vehicles for transportation of natural gas (semi-trailers, platforms, trucks and others).  A DALMINE cylinder with a capacity of 90 liters with dimensions: diameter 273 mm; length 1847 mm; weight 85 kg. according to chart Ή XE00-5-E-300-n-1. Operation pressure– 200 bar. Outlet vent with carving W28,8  DIN 477.

The experience of Remix Bulgaria LTD in the utilization and manufacturing of semi-trailers, gas bundles and battery vehicles – stationary and installed on vehicles – shows the economic profitability from the utilization of larger in volume cylinders to cut the costs for additional materials, necessary for the connection of bottles in the battery (less taps and tee-joints, fittings, tubes and fixing elements).    Furthermore, with larger in volume cylinders a better ratio in price/liter is achieved and less expenses are made for cylinder technical examination, which is mandatory each 5 years.

The semi-trailers will be delivered with Declaration of conformity (TPED 99/36/CE, EN 1964-1), International ADR Certificate, Passport and Registration Certificate as Special Vehicle.
